Capital Improvement Project at Marcellus Central School District

C&S is providing construction management services for Marcellus Central School District’s $8 million capital improvement project. This project includes:

  • Replacement of historical windows
  • Full conversion of the heating system from steam to hot water at the middle school
  • Extensive asbestos removal
  • Extensive drainage work on the upper practice fields above the middle school to help prevent flooding
  • Full replacement of the school’s synthetic turf field
  • New stadium lighting
  • Resurfacing of the existing track
