The City of Buffalo, with American Rescue Plan (ARP) funding, is developing
a Master Plan for Houghton Park and its natural area facilities.

We had a great discussion about Phase 1, and we heard that safety, recreation, and access are priorities for the community and what you would prefer to spend the ARP funds on. We are glad to get further direction from you and these will be translated into a design that reflects our conversation.
