Pickard Joins C&S’s San Diego Construction Practice
C&S is proud to welcome Bryan Pickard as a senior project manager in our growing San Diego-based construction practice. Bryan brings over two decades of experience in both special projects and new build construction. Bryan will lead the team through the 3 Roots Design-Build Wellness Center project for Lennar, which is scheduled to commence in June 2021. “We are excited to have Bryan join our team.” said Cory Hazlewood, Vice President. “He brings great knowledge and adds depth to our growing Southern California practice.”
Bryan was most recently part of a multi-family project management team that built close to 800 high end apartments over four years. Prior to this he estimated and managed hundreds of tenant improvement projects throughout southern California within industry sectors such as medical office buildings, commercial, industrial, clean room, and secured labs.
