C&S Announces New Promotions
C&S is proud to announce that the following employees have been promoted to new roles.
Kelly Jost, PE, is leading our Great Lakes aviation practice, with offices in Detroit, Cleveland and Hebron (KY). She will be responsible for overseeing C&S’s airport engineering services in the region, including both the design and construction of airport projects. Kelly brings more than 22 years of experience and is serving on the Michigan Association of Airport Executives (MAAE) board.
Seth Kaeuper, PE, is now the transportation group manager. Seth previously led C&S’s transportation services in Western New York, bringing 28 years of experience to the position. During his career, he has designed and managed numerous bridge and highway rehabilitation and replacement projects, including dozens of locally administered federal aid projects.
Eric Kenna, PE, is the civil & infrastructure group manager. Eric has more than 20 years of experience with project management and the design of a variety of infrastructure projects including solar, emergency communications, private telecommunications, and civil design.
Robert Koller, PE, is now leading our national aviation engineering and construction practice. He has more than 23 years of experience focused on design and construction of airport infrastructure projects including leading project teams for some of the country’s largest and busiest airports.
R. Nicholas McLaughlin, PE, ENV SP, is now leading the Eastern Region aviation practice. He has 20 years of design, management, and construction experience in the aviation industry. Nick is active in numerous organizations including the American Association of Airport Executives, the Aviation Council of Pennsylvania, and Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) Philadelphia.
Daniel Riker, PG, is the manager for C&S’s environmental group. He is responsible for the management of projects and staff, and coordination with state and federal regulatory agencies. Dan has 30 years of experience with environmental services including expertise in brownfield cleanup projects, preliminary site assessments and remedial investigation and design.
