Meet Posh Supupramai, Aviation BIM Services Manager
We are so grateful for our incredible employees!
We proudly present our next Employee Spotlight!
Meet Posh, a prime example of what hard work and dedication can do in the workplace. From pushing through difficult tasks to providing creative solutions, Posh has been a true asset to our team.
Where are you located?
I am a remote worker located in South Florida.
What does a typical day at C&S look like?
Aside from the day-to-day tasks of the active projects I am involved in, my typical day consists of problem-solving and working on best practices of CAD/BIM/GIS usage for our Aviation practice groups.
What drew you to your career choice?
I’ve always had an interest in drawing and math/science, and combining these interests, I chose Civil Engineering. Working on airport projects allows me to explore all of my interests.
What motives you?
Innovation. There will always be changes and things we can do better in a future project approach. Working with all of our aviation practice groups allows me to unlock innovation in how we deliver our projects.
What has been the proudest moment of your career?
Seeing my first project come to life from the design to construction and seeing the 1” to 40’ scale plan set turn into an entire apron utilized by Terminal 4 at Fort Lauderdale Airport.
What are your favorite types of projects to work on?
I love working in the aviation market because not all projects are the same and not all airports are the same. This allows for innovative thinking on different project approaches and execution.
C&S has a set of core values: Integrity • Authenticity • Team Spirit • All-in, what one resonates most with you and why?
All-in. It’s hard to deliver a project alone, but when we’re all collaborating together for one common goal, magic happens. ONE C&S.
When not at work where can you be found having fun?
Some of my favorite weekend activities include watching an F1 race, doing simulation racing, and detailing my cars.
What is one of your bucket list destinations?
I’d like to visit Thailand again because I have not been back since 2017 – my entire family aside from my immediate family is in Thailand.
What is the best piece of advice you have received?
Do what makes you happy!
Thank you so much for continuing to share your skills, ideas and leadership with us – you have truly made C&S a better place, Posh!
