C&S I Belong is an evolution of our efforts to promote a strong sense of belonging for each member of the team. Our Employee Resource Groups and the IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Awareness) Alliance offer opportunities for employees to learn, grow, and support each other to thrive both personally and professionally. C&S has and will continue to make measurable progress on this diversity and belonging journey.

The IDEA Alliance advances its initiatives in the following seven focus areas. Each focus area group has an action plan and meets regularly to maintain momentum in their initiatives.
