Welcome to the C&S Foundation, Inc. Our mission is to empower C&S employees with the ability to make a positive impact through charitable giving. At C&S, we take pride in supporting our dedicated employees and the non-profit organizations they are passionate about. Since our establishment in 2019, we’ve had the privilege of contributing over $619,000 in monetary gifts to more than 240 deserving charitable organizations.
C&S employees are at the forefront of creating meaningful change in their local communities. Here are some highlights of our community engagement efforts:
- Employee Donations with Matching: In 2023, our generous employees made donations totaling $6,425.50 to more than 20 different organizations. The C&S Foundation matched these contributions, amplifying the impact of their giving.
- Organizations Supported: The C&S Foundation supported 107 organizations serving communities across the nation with $186,977.50 in employee directed funds.
- Community Service Hours: Our employees logged an impressive 3,618 hours of self-reported community service in 2023, reflecting their commitment to making a difference.
- STEM Engagement: We’re passionate about STEM education. In 2023, over 83 C&S staff members participated in STEM engagement activities, reaching out to more than 613 students across the country. We believe in nurturing the next generation of innovators.
