Architectural Office & Lounge Build Out

C&S was selected as a General Contractor for a 10,700-square-foot build-out for a new architectural office in North Park, San Diego. The project involved design assistance to meet the target budget, creating options for optimal space utilization, and working within existing building constraints. The scope included new office area workstations, conference rooms, a “speakeasy” staff collaboration area, outdoor seating, and curbside frontage improvements. Additionally, the project encompassed mechanical and roofing skylight enhancements to increase natural light and improve mechanical cooling and ventilation.

C&S successfully reduced the initial proposed budget by 14% for the owners and secured a Guaranteed Maximum Price, allowing the owners to allocate funds for additional furnishings, fixtures, and equipment needs.
