C&S joined Mirka Investments, Hunt Capital Partners, Civic Communities, Martinez + Cutri Urban Studio Corporation, and others to celebrate the groundbreaking of The Vista Lane Family Homes in San Ysidro, California. C&S is honored to be a significant partner for this project as the general contractor and supporting with civil engineering for this vital development in the City that will provide 167 affordable homes to San Diego residents. 

This Vista Lane project is in a Transit Priority Area and will offer studio, one-bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom floor plans for families earning up to 50% and 70% of the area median income. The site sits on a 2.88 acre area in San Ysidro with breezes from the Pacific Ocean through the Imperial Beach corridor. This is crucial project for the community amidst a severe housing affordability and homelessness crisis.
