Duclos Promoted to Vice President

Robert Duclos, P.E., is promoted to vice president. Bob has 20 years of experience in project management and leadership roles for a wide variety of civil and environmental engineering projects. His experience includes all phases of project development, from planning, design, construction, and environmental compliance for diverse project types, including wireless communications, water, wastewater, environmental, and recreation facilities. He is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is a licensed professional engineer in five states.
